Thank you for sharing the messy middle with us Rebecca! I wish more people would talk about this openly because you’re right, we often only hear about the victory stories and the after stories. But this is real, and that’s what more and more people want these days, honesty.

I agree with you! I also wish more people would be honest. It would make us realize we are not alone like the enemy tries to convince us of.

Thank you for reading!

So encouraging and refreshing! We don’t have to be perfect to be loved, by our Lord. Thank you for sharing!

Thank you for your honesty and 1,000,000%. I would always rather have conversations that are real with people willing to take the mask off and show the messy rather than pretending they’ve got it all together. I applaud you and your boldness and your courage! Jesus will lead you! And the wilderness season is one of the greatest places of growth even though in the time it seems only painful and dry and barren. He is growing something beautiful in you!

Amen— thank you, Nicole!

❤️❤️❤️❤️I think being in the middle of the mess, while difficult, is where God is able to do His best work. I'm with you, in this same place of just sitting at the feet of Jesus, ready to listen. Curiosity in every area of my life has changed the way I move. First it started by getting curious about what was going on in my body. And noticing when something did something to my spirit. Now I'm able to extend this to others in conflict. I am learning to be curious about their perspective. Not just imagining what it is like but actually stepping into it, looking at it slowly, curiously and seeking to find common ground. There's a line in the song All Authority that says "you've given me authority to push back the enemy, to fight from the victory and it's about time I use it." I take this to mean that when we are in the middle of the storm or the battle or the WAITING, we can fight in that place from the victory he's already promised us WHILE WE ARE IN THE WAITING. That is the authority he has given us.

I love this!! Yes we have so much in common. Especially in this season.

A totally honest statement that true believers can understand. Sometimes in Christ we are called to simply hold on and endure. No further burdens are required of you. You have reached such a point and the best you can offer is to maintain faith no matter what.

I deeply understand and face issues of my own that rattle me and make me wonder sometimes if I'm totally alone. My spouse even said we should find a church in order to protect ourselves. She so fears the current governmental alliance under the fundamental nationalist flag that she believes one day, it will become a crime not to be a member of an acceptable church. That is the level of fear that is growing out there.

The times are dark, and ripe for a spiritual awakening or the return of Jesus to settle affairs which I hope will be soon!

I understand this! I just finished a 6 month process with Him and it’s not done yet. I am far enough along to share it with an open ended conclusion. Our walk with Him is endless. I just finished reading “Living Fearless: Exchanging the Lies of the World for the Liberating Truth of God.” “Understanding the depth of God is an eternal journey. We need to pursue it. Why? Because we’ve been made stewards of the mysteries of God!”

What God just led me through was foundational transformation and I am now stepping into my true identity (what He calls me)!

We will be here when you are ready. And you will not miss your kronos moments He has for you!

Amen! Thank you, Melissa.

I am still here, but in what capacity? Unknown!

And as someone who is a recovering chronic over planner… that is hard!
