Deeply Rooted Update!
Pictured: a tattoo I got about 10 years ago, and a book authored by the woman who trained me this last weekend. (You think Jesus is trying to tell me something?? Haha.)
Over the weekend, I spent time with the Lord asking Him to continue guiding the direction of Deeply Rooted—both the ministry side and the coaching work I do with women seeking freedom.
If you’ve been following along for a while, you know this journey has been very much Spirit-led. I’ve tried different structures, pricing models, and ways of offering this work while constantly asking the Lord one simple question:
“How do You want this done?”
This past weekend, I felt like He gave me several very clear answers.
The Woodpecker Method
One of the clearest things the Lord spoke to me about is the work many of you have already experienced with me. (If you are an old client or a current client, I would love a review in the comments!)
Over the last year, I’ve walked with women through deep freedom work—identifying lies, exposing spiritual “bugs,” closing doors, and partnering with Jesus to break cycles of bondage.
As I prayed about it, I realized something.
This process actually has a name.
The Woodpecker Method.
If you’ve ever watched a woodpecker, you know what they do.
They peck away at a tree until the hidden bugs are exposed.
That’s exactly what this process looks like.
We gently and prayerfully peck away at the roots—the lies, the agreements, the wounds, the spiritual doors—until the places where the enemy has gained access are exposed.
And once things are brought into the light, Jesus does what only Jesus can do.
He sets people free.
And the testimonials are incredible.
Returning to a Donation Model
Another clear direction I felt from the Lord was to return to a donation-based model for this work.
To be transparent, if I priced this process based on:
my training and experience
the amount I previously charged for similar work
what many others charge for comparable freedom and deliverance ministry
this package would be around $700. I ask that you keep that in mind while going to the Lord.
The Woodpecker Method typically includes 4–6 sessions, depending on how the Holy Spirit leads and how much freedom is needed.
But the Lord reminded me again that obedience matters more than a fixed price.
So moving forward, the model will be simple:
Each person will be asked to go to the Lord and ask Him what He wants them to give, and then walk in obedience to that.
There will be a minimum donation of $50 to begin the process, simply as a sign of commitment.
Freedom requires partnership, honesty, and obedience—and this is one small way of practicing that from the very beginning.
Applications Are Now Open
Because this work is spiritually deep and requires discernment, I have created an application process.
I prayerfully review every application before scheduling.
I will only work with three clients at a time, so that each person receives the time, attention, and spiritual covering this process requires.
Once those three spots are filled, additional applicants will be placed on a waitlist until the next opening.
If you feel led to pursue this process, you can apply here:

A Free Spot Each Quarter
Another thing I felt strongly from the Lord was to intentionally leave room for those who may genuinely need freedom but cannot financially contribute.
Because of that, I will be offering one completely free Woodpecker Method spot each quarter.
This will require a separate request application, and I will prayerfully discern those situations as they arise.
My heart has always been that finances should never be the barrier to freedom, and this is one way to honor that while still stewarding my time and capacity.
Idol Lies Book Study — Round 2
I also want to give a quick update about the Idol Lies book study.
It has been incredible.
Watching women show up with honesty, vulnerability, and a genuine desire to let the Lord uproot false beliefs has been such a gift.
Because of how meaningful this round has been, I already know there will be a Round 2.
If you’re interested in joining the next round, feel free to reply to this post or send me a message to hold a spot.
Supporting Deeply Rooted
I want to share something transparently with you.
I have committed my life to this work. Helping people find freedom in Christ is not something I do casually—it is something I have prayerfully said yes to with my whole heart.
Right now, my full-time calling is being a wife and a mom, and this ministry is the work I do in the hours the Lord gives me around that.
But I steward it seriously, and I pour a lot of time, prayer, and energy into writing, teaching, walking with people through freedom, and building what the Lord has asked me to build.
If my writing and ministry through Deeply Rooted has encouraged or helped you, the best way to support what I do is by becoming a paid subscriber here on Substack.
Paid subscriptions help support the time that goes into this work.
You can also support the ministry directly through Venmo if you feel led.

One Last Thing
I also want to say this lovingly and clearly.
I will not be responding to comments or debates about whether ministry should ever receive financial support.
If someone feels led to give, that is between them and the Lord.
If someone does not feel led to give, that is also between them and the Lord.
My role is simply to be obedient to what Jesus has asked me to do, and I am at peace with that.
Thank You
If you’ve been part of this journey—through reading, praying, encouraging, sharing, or supporting this work—thank you.
Deeply Rooted has never been about building a business.
It has always been about seeing people set free and firmly rooted in Christ.
And I truly believe we are only just beginning.
Jesus still sets captives free.
